what a great great song! i didnt look carefully at the lyrics until a couple of nights back, and it made me tear. was so touched by how SMAP sang it, like they really felt the lyrics in their hearts. this song is about honouring the female sex - the beauty and grace of females of japan and over the world. the lyrics are really good; will try to translate a bit of it here.

this first part of the song is sung by kimura takuya. the lyricist turned a big round to say just one sentence, but i guess he wanted to fully emphasize the fact in japanese that yes, you cannot deny the fact that
you are beautiful.

isnt that beautiful? there is a part in the lyrics that hit me - when SMAP sang [君が君でいることが とても美しい
忘れないでいて] do not forget that just by being who you are, your beauty shines through. ooh. good lyrics! the guy who wrote it really made me feel he meant what he said. hahas. and the PV of this song is nice. shingo is really really surprisingly good-looking. =)
anws, enough of that. results out at midnight last night. did quite well, was quite surprised actually, thought i will flunk programming badly, but it was hokayy, i guess. andre probably is jumping about in joy, congrats mate! ^^ everyone did okay, i think. at least no need to do supp papers, like what joy said. hahas. well.
a slow day today. love it! vance is out studying (i suppose) and so the house is mine! yay! off to read how hercule poirot catches the last murderer in his career. >_<
and OOPS i almost forgot. chef calvin's birthday today! omedetou! ooh, he's getting older. hahas, he'll probably bish me up if i said that to him one more time. called him after midnight and of course he was outside celebrating. typical arh. probably go down to the hotel to yum cha with them soon.
